Every day we spend many hours in the gym to build six packs. Actually, muscles can't be made only by lifting weights but proper diet should be maintained. For muscles building, we need a High amount of protein food which is in non-veg food But for Bodybuilding Proteins are compulsory. First of all You have to make the routine as follows:
1. Daily eat homemade food.
2. Drink 8-liter water daily.
3. Daily exercise (running, jogging, swimming, cycling etc).

Panner is the good source of protein. But Panner contains 50 gram of fats and also contain 10 gram of proteins. Low-fat containing Panner is best for body buildup.
